★ Automated reputation for the trades 🔌 Works with what you already use

More Google reviews. Zero follow-up.

Your customers are thrilled the second the job's done, then they drive off, life happens, and they forget you exist. CrewSignal automatically sends a branded Google review request after every completed job, timed the way you want, so you stop relying on your crew to remember and your customers to follow through.

Built for contractors & service businesses · Works with Square & QuickBooks Online today · New integrations built around what you use · Built with consent & opt-out safeguards

Integrations

Works with what you already run.

No new software to learn, no data entry, no switching how you take payments or track jobs. CrewSignal plugs into the tools you're already using.

Square QuickBooks Online Wave (private beta) + Jobber + Housecall Pro + ServiceTitan + JobNimbus + tell us what you use (customer demand drives our roadmap)
How it works

Four steps. One of them is yours.

CrewSignal plugs into the software you already use to run jobs. After setup, the only step you do is the one you already do: finish the job.

1

Finish the job

You mark the job complete in your CRM or booking app, exactly like you do today.

2

CrewSignal detects it

Your software notifies CrewSignal when the job, appointment, or payment is marked complete.

3

Customer gets a text

After your configured timing, a branded, friendly review request goes out, with your Google link and an opt-out line.

4

Reviews roll in

Happy customers tap the link and leave a review, building your Google review count over time.

What they see

One tap, and they're already leaving the review.

The link in the text drops your customer straight into Google's own review screen for your business. No app to download, no account to create, nothing for them to figure out.

You're in control

Automatic doesn't mean uncontrolled.

Every contractor we've talked to asks the same thing: "What if I don't want a robot texting my customers with no oversight at all?" Fair. Here's how it actually works.

How the timing works

You decide when "complete" means complete

  • CrewSignal only sends a text when YOU mark the job complete in your CRM, not before
  • CrewSignal follows the completion events your software already produces. Every eligible customer gets treated the same way, no matter how the job went
  • No surprise texts firing off because of a status change you didn't make
Built-in protections

More than just an on/off switch

  • Configurable send delay, so the text never feels instant or robotic
  • Cooldowns keep regular customers from getting asked after every single visit
  • Duplicate completion events are automatically detected and ignored
  • Opt-outs are honored instantly. A customer can text START to opt back in later
Who it's for

If you finish jobs and forget to ask, this is for you.

Doesn't matter if it's a $185 service call or a $35,000 deck build, the same thing happens. The job goes great, the customer's happy, and by the time they're in their car, the thought's gone.

Field service contractors

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, fencing & decks

  • You already text customers for on-my-way alerts, scheduling, gate codes
  • Your crew is supposed to ask for a review before they leave. They don't.
  • Works with QuickBooks Online today. Wave support is in active development (private beta)
  • You decide when a job is marked complete, so you stay in control of the moment
Service & appointment businesses

Salons, barbershops & studios

  • Built-in cooldowns mean regulars aren't asked after every single visit
  • Sounds like you, not a corporate notification
  • Works with Square today
  • Catches the moment right after checkout, while they still love the result
Built with consent & opt-out safeguards Every text includes STOP opt-out Works with Square Works with QuickBooks Online Wave support in private beta Carrier-registered sending number
Why it matters

More reviews build a stronger local reputation.

Reviews aren't just for looking good on the page. They shape whether a potential customer picks you over the business next to you.

Google Search & Maps

A factor Google says matters

  • Google says review count and positive ratings can help your ranking in local search and Maps results
  • Reviews also give prospective customers real information when deciding who to call
  • CrewSignal helps you consistently create review opportunities. It doesn't guarantee a specific ranking or review count
Under the hood

Automatic, without being reckless.

CrewSignal does more than fire off a text. Every completion event is checked before a request ever gets queued, and every request stays trackable after it's sent.

Before it sends

Every request gets checked first

  • Duplicate completion events are detected and ignored, so a CRM retry never results in double-texting
  • Cooldowns keep regular customers from being asked after every single visit
  • STOP opt-outs are honored instantly; a customer can text START to opt back in later
  • Configurable send delay, so it never feels instant or robotic
After it sends

You can see it's actually working

  • Every review link is branded and individually tracked
  • See when a customer actually clicked through to leave a review
  • Your Google review count is monitored over time, not just guessed at
  • A failed send triggers an automatic alert, so nothing silently disappears

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Do I have to change how I work?

No. You keep using the same software to run and close jobs. CrewSignal listens for the "job complete" signal from your CRM and handles the review request automatically. The only step you do is the one you already do.

Which software do you work with?

CrewSignal works with Square and QuickBooks Online today. Wave support is in active development (private beta). Don't see your software listed? Tell us what you use. Customer demand directly guides which integration we build next.

Is text-message review collection allowed?

Yes, when done correctly. CrewSignal uses a carrier-registered sending number, includes a clear opt-out ("Reply STOP") in every message, and processes opt-outs immediately. A customer can text START at any time to opt back in. You're responsible for letting your customers know at the time you collect their number that they'll get a review request text, which we cover in our Terms and SMS Terms.

What does the text actually say?

A short, friendly message with the customer's name, your business name, your Google review link, and an opt-out line. You can customize the wording so it sounds like you, not a corporate notification.

Can I control when the request sends?

Yes. CrewSignal can hold a completed job for a set delay before the request goes out, so it doesn't feel instant or robotic. We help you configure that timing around your normal customer experience.

Will my repeat customers get spammed every visit?

No. CrewSignal remembers when each customer was last contacted and applies a cooldown period before they're eligible for another request, so someone who comes in every week won't get hit every single time. Duplicate completion events are also automatically detected and ignored.

What does it cost to get started?

A one-time $300 setup fee covers connecting your software, configuring your review link, and getting your message dialed in. Pricing is based on how many people are using CrewSignal. Solo plans (1-2 people) are $79/month standard. Team plans (3-7 people billing under one location, like a salon or barbershop) are one flat $249/month, no matter how many people are on the team that month. We're currently accepting a limited number of Founding Member spots (9 remaining, counted per business, not per person): $49/month for Solo, $149/month for Team, locked in for life once you join. More than 7 people on one team? Request a demo below and we'll work out a custom rate.

How fast can I be up and running?

Most setups take a few days: connecting your CRM, confirming your Google review link, and getting your message wording dialed in. Once that's done, reviews start flowing after your very next completed job.

What if I don't have a Google Business Profile yet?

No problem, a lot of contractors don't. We'll walk you through setting one up in about 5 minutes as part of onboarding. See the setup guide here.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime; details are in our Terms.
