CrewSignal provides an automated SMS platform designed to request reviews from customers immediately following a completed service event logged in a supported CRM system.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications regarding your account, product updates, and platform alerts. Message frequency varies based on usage. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
As a business client utilizing our platform, you expressly represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary prior express consent from your end-customers to send them SMS messages in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable state laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandon Myles and CrewSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including any fines resulting from improper use of SMS communications by the business client.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.
